Hewett A. Beasley

          My grandfather (Hewett Andersen Beasley) was a photographer  at the turn of the century . When I found his glass plates  in the basement, that’s when I started my path  toward photography. I have been taking pictures since 1970. I would take pictures for several years then I would stop . Always returning for several more years. In 1995 I decided I would not stop. I have been working to become a fine art photographer. Constantly  reading, experimenting, and studying work of many different artists. The last 3 years learning the art of digital printing.

         I am committed  to bringing you fine art of the highest quality, printed with archival inks and papers. I use only museum grade mattes, UV glass, and hand built frames of select hardwoods.

         Art is one of the most important forms of communication. Everybody is creative. Art is a form of communication that endures and contributes to all of us. Maybe I can inspire you to stop and look around and see the beauty all around us.

       My hope is that my art will be communicating to people for many years to come.
